Key Responsibilities
Perform water, fire and mold production processes with at least 2 years of experience
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates
Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
Manage production expenses, equipment and materials, and provide warehouse and fleet maintenance.
Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
Provide detailed and organized job documentation and review job files for accuracy.
Effectively communicate with supervisors, customers, and office staff.
Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Position Requirements
2 years+ of experience in cleaning/restoration
IICRC Certified
Xactimate, Symbility experience preferred but not required
Prior management experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance and complete a variety of physically demanding activities.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
