Job Position Description:

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage mitigation production crews and mold/odor job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion, ensuring the highest quality of service for every job. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate Review job sites documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Schedule , coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide services on active projects to include subcontractors Commercial Job Management Assist with Hiring Priority Responder to all emergency calls Manage Equipment and Materials Manage the Customer Experience and Overall Customer Satisfaction Sub Contractors: Manage and communicate scope of work with specialty sub-contactors, : Electronics Restoration, Dry Cleaners, Document Restoration, Rental Equipment, GC for Board up, Tarping & Temp Structures, Electrician (Temp power)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations Minimum of 2 years of Management experience High School Diploma/GED required , Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred. IICRC certifications are preferred Mold TX state license would be a plus. Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management Management skills, being a team leader Experience using Industry Softwares: MICA ( Advance); Dash ( Intermediate) , Xactimate & Symbility ( Basic) Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Physical and Work Environment Requirements : This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment : however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. . Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts , pushing/pulling/lifting/ carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
