Job Description
We're looking for an
Oracle HCM Functional Analyst,
someone who's ready to grow with our company. In this position you will provide technical services to analyze, design and deliver business solutions while lending expertise to activities related to answering technical consulting questions, individually or as part of a team. Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules.

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Translates business needs into detailed requirement specifications. • Provide daily system support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Oracle Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation Modules. • Acts as a trusted advisor and problem solver on Oracle HCM product line for the HR Department and hospital. • Analyzes current business practices, user needs, and workflow processes. • Define and build enhancements to HCM processes and align HR function to business objectives. • Create documentation, i.e., implementation guides, data flow mapping documents and diagrams, training materials, as needed. • Provide additional Oracle HCM technology support for new projects, requirements, and implementations. • Translates customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and designs a virtualized solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity. • Support OTBI reporting, analytics, and dashboarding capabilities. • Performs configuration analysis for system design. • Analyzes system problems and modifications. • Maintains systems and releases. • Change Management of the Oracle HCM system. • Research technology trends and directions. • Participates in overall departmental activities. Skills & Requirements • Required bachelor's degree with a preferred bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or Information Technology • Required 3 years Oracle Cloud, data analysis/reporting, and/or other HR, finance, IS, business or related experience • Preferred hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM processes
