Adult Learning Specialist
Fort Liberty, NC - Full-time - Not a remote position
Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic Adult Learning Specialist. The Adult Learning Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs tailored to adult learners in support of Tactical Data Link (TDL) operations. This role applies advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to create engaging, learner-focused training materials for both in-residence and remote learning environments. The specialist evaluates training effectiveness, incorporates feedback, and ensures instructional strategies meet the diverse needs of military personnel and allied forces. By enhancing learning outcomes, the Adult Learning Specialist plays a vital role in advancing mission readiness and operational success.
Responsibilities: Evaluate and enhance instructional effectiveness through analysis and design. Develop evaluation tools for assessing course outcomes and student performance. Implement training methodologies for diverse learning environments. Experience Required:
Experience with all phases of the ADDIE process. Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations. Experience with learning theories as they relate to the systematic design, development, and validation of instructional material, to include instructor led, computer based, synchronous, and asynchronous class delivery methods. Experience with the principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing design strategy and models, and applying design methods to the improvement of instructional effectiveness. Experience with the techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs, including developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments. Experience with the techniques appropriate for developing training materials, including identifying learner characteristics, specifying objectives, applying training strategy, validating training materials, and evaluating training. Experience with the Study of the application of computers in education and training, including selecting appropriate computer software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Education Required:
Bachelor's degree, 4 years of prior relevant experience
OR
Master's with 2 years of prior relevant experience. Eligibility
:
Must have current Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance; Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred.
In order to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, an individual must be a current U.S. Citizen in accordance with Executive Order 12968.
