Warehouse Worker Job at Connect Staffing in Houston

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF RECENT WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join a leading distribution company in North Houston!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (Occasional Weekends)

Warehouse Worker Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of recent warehouse experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to operate a Reach Truck, Forklift, and Cherry Picker.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout shift.
• Prior experience as a forklift operator, shipping and receiver, and order selector is a plus!

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications
• Place ropes and harnesses into 50 gallon buckets to get weighed and enclosed
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move products safely within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper labeling and storage of materials.
• Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming inventory and materials.
