Purpose:

As a Delivery Ambassador with Edible, you will deliver sweet and delightful products to customers with efficiency and care! You have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers' day by ensuring that their delivery is on time and in great condition, leaving recipients delighted with their Edible experience.

Location: This position will be located at our San Antonio Corporate Store located at 2535 SW Military Drive Ste #105 San Antonio, TX 78224

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Edible products to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service to recipients and deliver a WOW experience.
• Gather and organize delivery tickets by the most efficient delivery route as order tickets come through.
• Ensure all tickets are accurately logged and updated in the Delivery Go Application.
• Assist with food production tasks and other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Experience as a “Courier Driver” is preferred, not required
• Must have a reliable vehicle for deliveries
• Current, valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Ability to provide proof of auto vehicle insurance
• Must have a smartphone with a willingness to download a mobile application to enable deliveries and delivery tracking

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to conduct frequent lifting, carrying, and/or pushing objects weighing up to 50lbs
• Must be able to sit and drive for long periods, up to 85% of the work shift
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
