As a result, we not only deliver exceptional quality but also foster meaningful relationships that drive successful outcomes for every project.We are now seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator for our team!What you need:5 + years of experience Estimating in General Construction Experience in Commercial Construction industry Excellent computer and estimating software program skillsAbility to read and understand project specifications, plans and blue prints, architectural plans and drawingsExperience with materials, quality control, costs and techniques for maximizing project accuracy and profitabilityKnowledge of a wide array of building materials in commercial constructionWhat you will be doing:As a Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our company by preparing accurate construction estimates, budgets, and bids for a variety of commercial projectsIn this role, we rely on you to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, on time, and according to our standardsEstimate construction costs for a range of commercial projectsMaintain and update a comprehensive cost databaseAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costsPrepare detailed reports and bids for submission to clients and stakeholdersDevelop thorough proposals with clear information and cost breakdownsManage multiple estimation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveryProvide efficient and helpful responses to customer inquiries throughout the bidding processCollaborate with Senior Estimators to review project specifications and drawingsBenefits401 kHealthMedicalDentalVisionPTOVacationSo if you are an estimator with strong Commercial experience, please apply!For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
