Position summary: Responsible for delivering all project objectives for assigned projects including scope, schedule, and budget. Essential functions and responsibilities: Monitors schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements and prepares invoices. Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects. Establish project pricing and budgets. Create and maintain project schedules. Develop and maintain project-specific quality plans. Develop and coordinate project scope. Manage subconsultants. Participate in client presentations. Oversee and manage assigned staff working on project. Manage all technical resources on the project team. Development of extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals. Coordinate and assist Office Leader, Managers, and Practice Leaders with marketing proposals. Lead and manage team members by providing technical assistance and guidance, and continuous performance management support that supports the growth and success of the team. Nonessential functions and responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program. Professional Engineer License. 10 years' experience in specialized discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience: CAPM or PMP. Experience working with local clients at the county and state level. Project management and business development experience. Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3. Experience managing multidiscipline project teams. Working Conditions: Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
