We are seeking a
Regional CM/CEI Practice Director
for any of our Texas locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing JMT's Construction Management and Inspection services in Texas, including construction and program management, inspection, claims support, scheduling, cost estimating, project controls, and related responsibilities. This role involves driving growth throughout Texas, providing leadership and mentorship to staff, and developing and executing business development strategies to ensure regional practice success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Coordinate growth plans with office and practice leaders Develop and maintain relationships with partners, contractors, and clients Establish and grow market presence through marketing and business development Manage financial budgets and resource allocation Lead proposal development and serve as a technical resource Establish staffing needs and participate in hiring Provide leadership and performance management to team members

Required Experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field PE License or equivalent 15+ years in discipline, including management and business development Strong TxDOT and municipal agency relationships Leadership experience Project management and business development experience
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in specialty field
Working Conditions Hybrid schedule with regional travel required. Office environment with occasional standing and walking. Travel to regional offices monthly.
