Job Description Summary The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading the creation of a project management framework and managing key projects within the Solutions organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and Solutions programmatic and policy staff (Operations Management (OM), Finance, Research Development Communications (RDC), Legal, IT, HR) to drive projects to successful completion while adhering to the methodologies and standards set forth by the PMO. The Project Manager will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the approved project management framework (methodology, processes and tools) within Solutions' PMO. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging modern methodologies like Agile. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress against the project plan. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize data analytics to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize project workflows. Support VP on follow-up on division org wide committee (audit, IT, etc). Facilitate stakeholder management and communication, with adept knowledge with digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, RACI models and post-project reviews. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Implement techniques and analytics to identify and mitigate potential risks before they impact project timelines.

Stakeholder Management

Develop communication plans, stakeholder and executive sponsor updates that regularly inform progress, risks, and timelines. Facilitate and calendar meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement leading practices tailored to PMO's standards. Conduct post-project evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into the project management framework.

Resource Management

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage project resource allocation and workload balancing. Assist in the development of the resource management framework within the PMO.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance PMO methodologies. Mentor and guide team members across project management topics.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Process engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Experience working within a PMO is highly desirable. Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma certification, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex scopes of responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in modern project management software (like Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Planner). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
