We produce luxury superyacht magazines, curate and deliver the world superyacht awards (the oscars for superyachts) and produce highly successful industry events such as the superyacht design festival and various owners club events hosted around the world.

What you will do:
Lead with Vision and Achieve Results: You’ll spearhead the annual strategy for our digital business, aligning with commercial goals and exceeding your revenue targets. Your proactive, customer-focused mindset will set the tone for success.
Drive Innovation and Build Partnerships: You’ll actively sell sponsorships and digital advertising across all BOAT International platforms, creating long-term, strategic relationships with partners who share our vision.
Expand Horizons and Influence Growth: Leverage your exceptional selling and influencing skills to uncover new revenue streams, attract new clients, and unlock opportunities that elevate our brand.
Foster Excellence with Key Accounts: Manage and grow our top 20 digital clients, taking a thoughtful, professional approach to nurturing existing relationships while expanding their potential.
What you will bring:
Extensive Events Industry Experience: Proven track record of selling digital media and multimedia solutions, ideally at a senior level and to senior stakeholders.
Leadership in Sales Strategy: Demonstrated ability to drive multimedia sales strategies, delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Client Relationship Excellence: Skilled in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting with them regularly to identify opportunities and deliver additional revenues.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: You are creative, driven, and focused on achieving exceptional outcomes in a competitive environment.
Data-Driven Focus: Take ownership of forecasting and delivering sales performance for your client base, sharing progress and pledges in daily sales meetings.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment across departments.

Summary of employee benefits:
Annual leave - Full-time benefit is 33 days per year (25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays). The Company also offers up to an additional 3 days of paid time off during the Christmas office closure period.
You will also receive your birthday off or the following day each year, provided it falls on a weekday.
Long Service Award
Pension: You will be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme provided you meet the criteria.
Death in Service: Cover for all staff of two times annual salary.
