The Eastern Regional Vice President (VP) is responsible for the attainment of orders and revenue targets in the Eastern U.S. regions. The Regional VP will provide for the overall development, management, and leadership of all sales activities in the Eastern area including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Great Lakes VasoHealthcare Regions. The Eastern Regional VP is responsible for driving performance to promote orders and revenue growth and deliver customer satisfaction. The vice president will be responsible for leading their team of Vaso Region Managers and Vaso Account Managers to achieve company objectives. Aligned with regional GE HealthCare leadership, the Regional VP will promote GE HealthCare imaging modalities including MR, CT, X-ray, Molecular Imaging, Interventional, X-ray, and Women’s Health products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own achievement of area orders operating plan and lead Region Managers and Account Managers to attain or exceed individual OP quarterly and annually. Exceed area revenue target by actively managing the order to install process with Vaso Region Managers and Vaso Account Managers. Achieve area modality performance mix, driving the team to balanced selling across eight modalities. Drive other sales-related performance goals, such as Equipment Finance capture rates, Service Sales capture rates and quality Ultrasound sales leads. Maintain strong relationships with GE HealthCare leaders to collaborate on market sales initiatives and specific sales targets. Communicate to VasoHealthcare Leadership the promotions and products necessary for growth in respective sales markets. Guidance and management of the Vaso Region Manager team including customer-specific advice and leadership development. Build and maintain customer relationships with key VasoHealthcare customers at the senior management level. Activities Review Vaso Region Manager performance quarterly and coach to success using the Vaso Region Manager Role description. Review Vaso Account Manager franchise plans with respective Region Manager and provide feedback on goals and growth areas. Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales funnel for the area and guide region managers on funnel health management using company reports and tools. Drive Region Managers and Account Managers to prospect and build sufficient funnel to achieve OP. Maintain the VasoHealthcare Service Sales program ensuring sales team participation and reporting participation and results to VasoHealthcare and GE HealthCare leadership. Partner with the internal Service Sales leadership team. Drive creation of regional customer advocates sites for the top products. Maintain a thorough understanding of the VAM and VRM compensation plan and assist teams to maximize their performance and compensation Requirements Willingness to travel Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Excellent planning and organizational skills Must have a solid command of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be comfortable at using SFDC and other business software tools. Must be able to make presentations and develop proposals. Must be capable of presenting return on investment proposals showing the cost, patient volume and reimbursement assumptions and path to break even and positive cash flow. Must have financial selling skills and the ability to develop and implement a sales strategy Qualifications/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 10 or more years of experience in medical imaging product marketing and product management Regional sales management or other national leadership experience In-depth knowledge of MR, CT, Interventional, X-ray, Breast Imaging, Molecular Imaging, Ultrasound and image management
