Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at ADP in Augusta, GA! The current food operation includes a cafe, catering, and micro-market.

The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 at the unit and oversee the day-to-day operations. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing a team of 1 salaried retail manager and 10 hourly employees, of which 4 are cooks

Manage the budget/finances for the business

Managing the client relationship

Menu planning

Ordering

Inventory

Marketing and HR related duties

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday. However, the ideal candidate must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends when needed.

Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical benefits begin on the date of hire, and 401K with company match is eligible.

Target salary is $70K plus bonus.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience - 3 years. Basic Functional Experience - 3 years.
