Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close new logos. Represent Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor. Leverage Infosys' extensive capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to craft solutions that address client challenges. Innovate and develop platform solutions tailored for diverse enterprises.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education). 9+ years of strong sales experience in the service industry. Deep understanding of the Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience. 5-7 years of relevant business development experience in selling IT services. Proven track record of building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations. Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications:
Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in software contract negotiations. Expertise in competitor mapping and SWOT analysis. Ability to define innovative solutions in complex environments. Well-connected within the IT services industry. Skilled at identifying upcoming RFPs/deals through networking with key client partners.
