The College of Business and Security Management team is looking for an energetic, organized member to join our dynamic team as the Engagement Manager. This position is physically located at UAF's Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks, Alaska. This position serves a critical role in the engagement efforts for CBSM by working to plan events, coordinate student organizations, and assist with content creation and social media coordination. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and planning skills to design and execute detailed programs and events well in advance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and teamwork while fostering positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, campus partners, and the public.
Key qualifications include leadership abilities, proficiency in marketing strategies across multiple platforms, and expertise in content creation, including photography, graphic design, video editing, and social media. Experience in tracking and analyzing social media campaigns, engaging volunteers, and collaborating within a team is essential.

Required Experience:
2-3 years of experience in event planning
Experience in budget management
Experience with marketing
Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating programs and activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or training in a professional environment
Preferred: Master's degree in business administration
Position Details:
This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus in Fairbanks, and flexible on-site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance with UA regulations; however, the bulk of the work does take place on campus. This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and a
