Our International Markets are focused on creating an inclusive and expanding rider community that appeals to new and existing riders. We strive to deliver an H-D experience with an unequivocal customer focus.
Leads the site's overall manufacturing operations initiatives and facilitates proper execution of operational goals. Oversees operational areas and is accountable for daily execution of the system. A member of site leadership executing business strategy. A critical role within the help chain supporting effective and efficient resolution for escalating items with a pulse on rotation groups.
Job Responsibilities
Oversees continuous improvement using lean manufacturing with a strong discipline to systems execution. Builds strong employee and labor relations to ensure a high level of engagement. Achieves plant goals and initiatives affecting safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, and sustainability. Implements and supports policies, programs, and initiatives. Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required Education Specifications
Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Degree Preferred MBA Preferred Experience Requirements
Required Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
