Your Role at impact.com: Are you passionate about consumer protection and helping companies comply with important laws and regulations? Are you organized, and is your attention to detail exceptional? Join our compliance team and help ensure partners obey advertisers’ rules while working with best-in-class technology.

What You'll Do:

Task management, ensuring that all open issues are kept properly documented, updated, and moved expeditiously to resolution

Monitor, action, and report on enforcement activities of advertiser client insertion order terms

Collaborate with internal departments, keeping the best interest of client and impact.com in mind

Act as compliance, client-facing point of contact for advertiser client and relevant agencies

Operate as a subject matter expert internally and externally

Work alongside Program Compliance Managers, assisting with accounts and projects

Identify, document, and track product issues and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate performance

What You Have:

1+ years of customer service and support, ideally in a software application product environment

1+ years of compliance/fraud investigations especially in the performance marketing space is a plus

Extremely detail-oriented

Ability to multitask while under pressure

Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently

Nice to have:

Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification

Salary range:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
