The
Senior Director, Business Development
role is responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts, and for cultivating relationships with key prospective accounts, focusing on our Financial Services vertical. The Senior Director will ensure that all aspects of account work exceed client expectations, coordinating new leads and fielding new business opportunities. Responsibilities
Identify target accounts to optimize services and communicate WillowTree's capabilities to clients Articulate product features to implement technology solutions Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to craft proposals and pitches for clients Cultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with current clients Team up with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFPs Advise internal teams on industry trends to assist clients Ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, with a higher percentage (~40%) for remote team members. Qualifications
Deep experience in a digital product professional services agency/consultancy engaged with F5000-level client accounts Balance of growth strategy and operational project responsibilities Ability to identify and characterize business issues Scope and plan analyses to yield critical answers Effective communication skills across all organizational levels Bonus Points
