The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Director—a visionary leader with a passion for content that stops the scroll. You’re the kind of person who shapes brands with bold ideas, and brings them to life with creativity that drives engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance. You live and breathe culture and social platforms, and you’re ready to inspire teams to create work that doesn’t just follow trends but sets them.
Sound like you? We’re seeking a Creative Director who understands the intricacies of social-first creative and how to craft compelling stories across all platforms. You thrive on developing insightful, innovative concepts and translating them into beautifully executed campaigns that build a brand’s personality. As an integrated thinker, you’ll balance creative ingenuity with strategic objectives to produce work that performs as well as it resonates.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead and mentor creative teams to deliver best-in-class content. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams, ensuring work is aligned with the client’s vision while meeting agency standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation of bold, insightful, and strategically driven creative ideas that build brand presence and personality across social and digital platforms.
Inspire and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers to elevate their work and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Concept and oversee the production of social-first content, from static visuals to motion graphics and video, ensuring execution is aligned with the creative vision.
Collaborate with strategy and account teams to ensure work is aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
Stay ahead of cultural trends and platform innovations, using this knowledge to inform creative strategies and ideas.
Ensure that all creative outputs are integrated across channels while maintaining a social-first perspective.
Develop and present creative concepts to clients with clarity, enthusiasm, and confidence.
Skills and Experience Required
7+ years of experience
in creative roles, with a significant focus on social-first content and campaigns. Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative teams to produce impactful work across social and digital platforms. Deep understanding of design, art direction, and storytelling across static and motion formats. Strong knowledge of creative tools and software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategists, account leads, and production partners. Ability to synthesize cultural and platform insights into innovative creative solutions. A sharp creative eye and a strong opinion on how social media fits into broader consumer experiences and touchpoints.
