Description:

Exiger is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Defense Programs & Grwoth Enablement. The SVP will be responsible for the strategic growth, innovation, and execution of Exiger's Federal Defense & Defense Intelligence-affiliated customer programs, integrating cutting-edge risk management technology to deliver high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth and Innovation:
  • Lead the strategic development of Exiger's defense sector programs, focusing on leveraging advanced AI-powered risk management solutions to expand market presence.
  • Oversee the integration of Exiger's award-winning technology platforms into defense program offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of government and defense clients.
  • Serve as a thought leader in defense technology and policy, representing Exiger at major industry forums and contributing to national defense initiatives.

Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Exiger's President to align defense programs with broader corporate goals and drive long-term success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for defense clients, integrating feedback and collaboration across departments, including government sales, legal, and product development teams.

Portfolio Management:
  • Oversee the execution of multi-million-dollar defense contracts, ensuring quality, compliance, and financial performance, while mitigating risk through proactive management.
  • Lead the development of innovative supply chain risk management strategies, integrating Exiger's best-in-class tools to enhance defense sector resilience.

Client Engagement and Business Development:
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with defense officials, leveraging Exiger's cutting-edge solutions to secure new business and foster client trust.
  • Set aggressive growth targets for new sales and account renewals, driving sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in federal defense agencies and programs.
  • Proven expertise in integrating commercial technologies into defense solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a successful track record in managing large portfolios and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
