Baystate Health, the region’s only academic medical center and tertiary care provider, affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director of Perinatal Diagnostics to lead our state-of-the-art Perinatal Diagnostic Center at Baystate Medical Center. We are committed to imaging excellence and maintain AIUM certification in standard obstetric, advanced obstetric, and fetal echocardiography imaging techniques.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Leadership Role: Take charge of our high-volume Perinatal Diagnostic Center, the only one of its kind in the region, providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Lead efforts to maintain evidence-based ultrasound protocols and supervise quality, safety, and educational review for physicians and staff.
- Multidisciplinary Team: Lead a team of four board-certified Perinatologists, Nurse Practitioners, sonographers, and skilled support staff, delivering ultrasound imaging and specialized perinatal services for both low- and high-risk pregnancies.
- Clinical & Academic Balance: Manage a vibrant mix of clinical care, teaching, and academic pursuits. Enjoy a faculty appointment at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate, with the opportunity to mentor 24 OB/GYN residents and medical students.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certification: Candidates must be ABMS Board-certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
