We are seeking a Specialist in General Ob/Gyn to serve as Division Chief of General Ob/Gyn.

POSITION SUMMARY:
- As the Chief of General Ob/Gyn, you will guide and oversee the operations of a dynamic team of 21 generalist ob/gyn physicians and 12 ambulatory advanced practice clinicians. Collaborating closely with the Chair of Obstetrics-Gynecology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the institutions mission and delivering exceptional care to a diverse and underserved patient population.
- The division includes sub-specialists in Complex Family Planning and Pediatric/Adolescent gynecology.
- Join a multidisciplinary environment that thrives on teamwork, partnering with a robust midwifery division, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and a newly formed OB hospitalist division to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

- Lead, mentor, and support faculty development while promoting continuous improvement in quality, safety, and patient experience.

DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

- With a strong focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, our division handles approximately 600 deliveries annually.

Qualifications: American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-residency, demonstrating strong and comprehensive clinical skills in both obstetrics and gynecology, with a particular emphasis on gynecology (preferred). Proven experience supervising individuals or teams, such as clerkship or other leadership roles. Prior management experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in an integrated care model with midwifery collaboration.
