Debt Collector Trainer - Urgently Hiring

Peopleshare is seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Collector Trainer to join our team in Mt. Laurel, NJ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and a proven ability to train and develop new and existing staff - apply today if that sounds like you Job Title: Debt Collector Trainer Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ Pay: $45-50k/yr Schedule: Mon-Fri Full Time Responsibilities: Work a minimum 40-hour shift per week Refine and/or develop training documentation Conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff Maintain detailed documentation of all training activities Requirements: Minimum 12 months experience as a full-time collection trainer Minimum 12 months in a collections call center (3rd party preferable) Intimate knowledge of dialer systems and collection software Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Proven track record of developing collectors No criminal convictions Stable work history Strong knowledge of FDCPA and other applicable laws regarding collections and TCPA If you meet these qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply Requirements: Job Type: Permanent Post Date: 07/23/2024
