Oil and gas company located in downtown Denver has a need for a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist with Bolo experience to join their team!The Accounts Payable Specialist will work with an Accounts Payable Supervisor and report to the Senior Operations Accounting Manager.Join a great team of tenured employees and work a hybrid schedule!Accounts Payable Specialist **

- process a high volume of invoices (up to approximately 80/day) using Open Invoice and BOLO- review, code and route electronically submitted invoices for approval- full cycle accounts payable matching- communicate with customers- review vendor statements and complete reconciliations as needed- assist with weekly check runsAccounts Payable Specialist *

*- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience- experience with electronic (paperless) systems- BOLO experience is required and Open Invoice is highly desired !- oil and gas experience is a big plus!- strong attention to detail- proficient with MS OfficeHours for Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with some flexibility)Local Accounts Payable Specialist candidates only, pleaseAccounts Payable Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check#INOCT2024
