Implement and configure HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HR processes and data management.
Maintain and analyze HR data, providing accurate reporting and acting as the subject matter expert for HR systems data.
Develop and maintain system interfaces with vendor systems, and implement new modules to enhance HR functionalities.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive improvements in HR operations, adhering to established standards and procedures.
At least two years of Dayforce experience
Four years performing a HRIS role
Understands compensation, benefits, and training/development
Salary and Benefits
Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000
On site position in Beachwood, Ohio
On site gym and kitchen
