37 ½ hour work week.

OVERVIEW OF THE NONPROFIT BOOKKEEPER *****
The Nonprofit Bookkeeper will oversee accounting from A-Z including general ledger, month end close, reconciliations, cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, payroll, and financial
This role handles all the accounting for the company with no direct reports.
Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same.
Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
The Nonprofit Bookkeeper will comply with national, local, and nonprofit financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action
Report to CEO and Board of Directors with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on organizational and program budgets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR NONPROFIT *****
QuickBooks experience is required.
Four plus years of accounting experience.
