A Project Manager is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Northborough, MA area. The Project Manager coordinates panelized residential construction projects, managing scheduling, permitting, RFIs, and Change Orders, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
Coordinate activities from contracted project to on-site installation of CertainTeed's One Precision Assemblies (OPA) panelized residential construction system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design, engineering, project management, manufacturing, sales, and external stakeholders (customers, architects, building authorities, certification institutions, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers).
Ensure the successful completion of OPA projects.
Manage project processes including Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, permitting, and scheduling of panel production and delivery.
Skills:
Deep experience and knowledge in residential construction.
Expertise in planning and executing construction projects.
Familiarity with permitting processes and managing project schedules.
High level of professionalism and people skills.
strong organization, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage project documentation.
Experience in panelized or prefabrication construction (preferred but not required).
