Advanced Practice Provider

to join our growing Primary Care team with Priority Health in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details

Full-time position that will see patients of all ages Join an established practice with a Family Medicine physician and experienced support staff Priority Health offers Family Medicine, Adult Medicine, and Pediatric services and offers x-ray and lab services onsite Services provided at Priority Health include vaccinations, checkups, annual physicals, and treatment of any illness or injury Our unique care model supports longer appointment times so that our providers are able enjoy a lower patient volume and have more dedicated time with each patient Clinic hours are Mon 8 AM - 7 PM, Tue - Thru 8 AM - 5 PM and Fri 7 AM - 3 PM Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility Education Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Candidates with APP experience are preferred but new grads are welcome to apply Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure About Our Community
