Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a production facility or warehouse, and be capable of performing various tasks with a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines
• Push carts of product
• Move materials around the facility
• Perform lifting and labor tasks
• Conduct quality checks on small metal parts
• Read diagrams and follow instructions
• Perform visual and physical inspections
• Audit and monitor quality requirements
• Initiate and document non-conformance reports
• Perform visual inspections of raw materials and components
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment

Essential Skills

• High attention to detail
• High level of initiative
• Strong attendance record
• Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day
• Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing and warehouse experience
• Proficient in handling materials and quality assurance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, order selecting, inventory, material handling, pallet jack, and general labor
• Ability to lift over their head repeatedly

Work Environment

The position is in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment where you will be standing on your feet all day for 8-10 hour shifts. You will work within a team, but will have your own station and will not be fully alone.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $14.70/hr.
