Responsibilities will include managing and producing compelling application data, fostering relationships with key customers for inclusion of our products into their processes, supporting projects, and driving initiatives by bringing your technical expertise and customer insights. You'll provide feedback to marketing and product management teams, and offer technical support.

Customer Pilot/Collaboration Projects:
Lead collaboration projects with key customers.
Coordinate internally for successful execution of pilot projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for collaborating entities, encouraging positive relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Apply diverse experience as well as the experience of others on their team to design solutions and navigate conversations within the pharma and biotech industry.
On-Market Troubleshooting Support:
Provide technical support to address customer challenges and on-market issues, offering tailored solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly for on market products
Develop and implement proactive measures to minimize the occurrence of troubleshooting situations.
Application Data/Application Notes:
Generate and analyze application data to demonstrate product performance and capabilities based on input from Product Management, Marketing and Sales
Manage the generation of external generated applications data, including benchmarking studies of competitive offerings.
Produce high-quality application notes and technical documents highlighting product applications and benefits.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build brand awareness.
Recommend on direction for potential applications consistent with customer requirements and technical feasibility.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in biopharma analytics, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement within our product offerings.
Providing Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or relevant STEM degree with 7+ years related experience in industry; Masters with 5 years; PhD with 3+ years. Advance degree is preferred.
Experience in BioProduction or BioPharma vendor industry is preferred.
Clear understanding of molecular biology.
Cell biology experience will be beneficial.
Successful track record of new product development from concept to commercially launched products.
Expertise in the use and development of molecular assays (qPCR) for release of biological therapeutic molecules.
Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis
Deep understanding of needs of biopharma customers.
Hands on experience with qPCR, dPCR, Laboratory Automation, and/or NGS experience.
Demonstration of urgency, independence, accountability and leadership.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Shown ability to influence and lead convincingly, driving cross-functional teams to succeed in challenging and ambiguous situations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization and working directly with customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must work well with others – inspires trust and open communication amongst team members and peers.
Estimated travel 25-50%

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $123,800.00–$150,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
