Position :

Senior UI/UX Product Designer Location : Remote (California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas)

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping new features and refining product enhancements. Be part of a community that's fervent about the transformative power of Glo and the positive change it brings to its members.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Steer the design evolution of key product areas, actively engaging with pivotal stakeholders for insights. Spearhead wireframe design strategy, ensuring its alignment with business and product objectives. Collaborate with product managers and behavioral scientists to initiate and refine product design. Work directly with engineers to give design guidance and collaborate on design implementations. Strong understanding of the business landscape, goals and objectives as well as being able to lead a strategic approach for evolving design needs and growth at scale

Design Execution:

Build a strong visual brand across the Glo ecosystem Engage in design sprints with the product team, rapidly iterating on product features. Transform wireframes into high-fidelity designs for platforms including iOS, tvOS, watchOS, Web, and Mobile Web. Ensure design consistency across platforms and deliver them seamlessly to the engineering team. Annotate designs meticulously for streamlined development.

Design Maintenance:

Oversee the upkeep of master design files such as Figma projects, Photoshop documents, and asset libraries. Maintain and adjust journey maps and flows

Qualifications:

5+ years of product design expertise, with a strong emphasis on UI and UX and visual design. Robust product design portfolio showcasing a minimum of 5 standout projects. Proficiency in collaboration design tools, such as Figma, and familiarity with prototyping tools, like Invision. Sharp focus on mobile-centric and minimalist design aesthetics. Track record of working with and enhancing established design systems. Bachelor's degree in a design-centric field is advantageous.

Preferred Expertise:

Experience with and enthusiasm for women’s health and wellness products. Experience using AI tools to support the design process. Demonstrated prowess in crafting stellar user experiences for extensive content libraries, encompassing audio, video, digital marketing, and classes. Proven ability in charting compelling customer journeys. Innate curiosity about the brand, its users, the guiding philosophy, and the overarching product vision. Clear communication skills, paired with a receptive attitude towards feedback. Design research and usability testing experience. Startup experience and entrepreneurial mindset. Location & Employment Information: This role offers remote flexibility for candidates based in California, Arkansas, Minnesota, Florida, Tennessee, or Texas. Salary:

$135,000 - $160,000 Comp Package:

Salary, stock options, medical/dental/vision, 401k
