Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a well-rounded, highly motivated project manager to join our Water Discipline in our any of our Florida office locations. Our Water Discipline is growing, and we have exciting projects to engage technically-minded managers who like participating in the design of large complex projects on or near the water. Our projects are unique and provide a diverse array of interesting work to keep our staff challenged and engaged. Our upcoming project portfolio includes jobs on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. This position is specifically to assist with our upcoming work in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

This position has growth potential to become a corporate leader to help grow our presence in the region. Responsibilities
Manage projects to ensure that project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and fulfills customer expectations. Maintain project profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and seek opportunities to add new clients. Seek out additional project work with both existing and new clients. Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of Colliers Engineering & Design. Help plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred. Licensed PE or ability to become licensed in 12 months. 10-15+ years' experience designing or managing projects. Strong communication and business development skills. Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients. This position requires some overnight travel. The following would be beneficial, but is not required: Experience with Flood Risk Management, Ecosystem and Coastal Restoration, Dam Safety, Waterway or similar projects. Experience with USACE and/or SFWMD projects. Familiarity with construction engineering services and alternative delivery procurement methods. Project experience in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
