Restoration Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in Construction and at least 1 year in Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will manage complex construction projects to strengthen and extend the lifespan of our nation's structures.
Responsibilities
Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions in collaboration with internal contracts teams
Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership
Maintain profit & loss responsibility and manage project financials including projections
Provide strong leadership and supervision to project teams, including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, field crews, and subcontractors
Work closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to review bids and develop proposals
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
5-12 years of relevant experience in the Commercial construction and/or restoration industry
Capability to manage construction projects valued between $1 Million - $5 Million
Experience in structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, and/or historic restoration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
Leadership skills to effectively train and mentor teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Experience in multifamily and industrial projects
Positive attitude and focus
