Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a 10-15 year Licensed Architect with commercial experience who can take a project and run with it from beginning to end. This person will be wearing a lot of hats and doing anything from coordinating with building departments, presenting to clients, producing a full architectural set of drawings, assisting with the development of designs and renderings, drawing building details, etc.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with building departments
Present architectural designs to clients
Produce complete sets of architectural drawings
Assist in the development of designs and renderings
Draw building details and structural components
Manage projects from beginning to end, including construction administration
Work on structural steel/steel framing commercial projects
Essential Skills
Licensed Architect
10-15 years of experience in an architectural office
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with structural steel/steel framing commercial projects
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with construction administration
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
Proficiency in Enscape
Experience detailing a variety of building envelopes
Design/build experience
Work Environment
The work environment is a small, open-concept office located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The team consists of 6 architects and an in-house construction department, totaling around 18 employees. The company values mentorship and a fun, light-hearted culture with events such as BBQs and Top Golf. Employees are offered flexibility with 7 days per year to work from home. The company specializes in designing and building general and business aviation facilities, as well as commercial projects nationwide. The typical work week is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
