Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available and properly used.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans.
Maintain records of safety-related incidents and training.
Stay updated on new safety regulations and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
Construction background- commercial HVAC/ MEP experience
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. null
