The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dynamic, & passionate individual for our Corporate Human Resources Specialist & Process Owner role, located at our Global Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a pivotal role in delivering the day-to-day operations of the Global HR Function and Corporate Function HR Organization Unit and is responsible for the systems and tasks to ensure seamless delivery of the business.
This team member will learn and make an impact across the enterprise, including areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development.
Specific responsibilities include:
Supporting employees and leaders with day-to-day needs, policy questions, and maintaining employment records in the appropriate systems.
Owning the online HR capability portal, including setting strategic direction for the website, working with content owners to ensure relevance and accessibility, updating page content, creating new pages as requested
Editing and publishing relevant HR communications to the global community.
Leading other key processes and systems as assigned.
The Ideal Human Resources Process Owner will be able to:
Learn and deliver results in an agile and evolving environment, and work well with others to make an impact.
Communicate effectively across multiple channels – including oral, written, online.
Organize and be attentive to details across many projects at the same time.
Providing direction and coaching to employees/leaders on company policy and HR priorities, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Summarizing outcomes and after action reviews.
Managing full cycle employee data and organization administration within Workday, including, but not limited to, transaction processing and support, HR program and compliance administration and answering employee and manager inquiries.
Support Projects include but not limited to the areas of: Equality & Inclusion, Organizational Culture, Training & Development, Manager-Employee & Team Relationship Building, Talent Management Reporting Data & Analysis, Job Aids, and Industry Benchmarking to drive maximum output, as well as overall satisfaction within the work environment.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in HR, Marketing, and or Communications an equivalent field
A Bachelors Degree
Strong analytical & multi-tasking skills with quick turnaround from ideation to finished product.
Ability to work within commuting distance to Cincinnati, OH. No relocation funding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with HR Software Systems like Workday; strong Office Suite acumen, strong written and video content creation capability on software like Camtasia to post on corporate social media and SharePoint sites.
Knowledge of Employment Law, Benefits & Corporate HR policies a plus.
A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Dynamics, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
