We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager Consultant to join our client's team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and providing strategic consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the accounting functions for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide strategic financial consulting services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax returns.
Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place.
Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
