We are in search of a meticulous and competent Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Paso Robles, California.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the company’s global accounts payable processes, including leading a team of AP specialists and ensuring seamless execution of all payable functions. The AP Manager will be responsible for managing the weekly payment process in alignment with cash forecasting needs, overseeing vendor credit card payments, annual 1099 filings, and ensuring accurate and timely corporate credit card reconciliations. Additionally, the AP Supervisor will manage the travel and entertainment (T& E) team and ensure cross-training within the AP team to address global payment needs.

• 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and AP-related software.
• Strong Excel skills (ability to use Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups)
• Strong knowledge of corporate credit card management and reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop a global team.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
