• Supervise accounts payable Team

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all customer credit transactions

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed

• Strategically manage accounting processes to improve efficiency

• Develop and implement effective processes for accounts payable

• Handle accounting tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP)

• Lead and motivate the accounts payable team to achieve performance goals

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar role.

• Demonstrated skills in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Proficient in accounting management.

• Ability to manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and databases.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Proven track record of improving efficiency and accuracy in the Accounts Payable process.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
