Job Description
Robert Half is in search of a dedicated Account Supervisor/Director to join our client's team in FARMINGTON HILLS, Michigan. The individual will be a part of the automotive aftermarket industry, where they will be responsible for CRM, strategic direction, and account management. This role provides an opportunity for the individual to collaborate with various account teams, juggle multiple projects, and work with diverse project teams. This is an onsite position in Farmington Hills, with little remote flexibility. This is a great opportunity for those looking to advance in a Sr Account Director role within a grow agency.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct the account management team to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Oversee the annual planning and budget processes to ensure alignment with strategic direction
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records and manage customer relationships effectively
• Collaborate with various account teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall performance
• Lead and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment
• Drive the development and execution of dealer platform and dealer communications
• Engage in strategic direction setting and provide 360-degree feedback to improve team performance
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
• Utilize digital advertising to enhance client relations and drive business growth.
• Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of Account Management or Advertising.• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems is required.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and lead a team effectively.
• Proven experience in account management, with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Familiarity with annual planning and budget processes, with the ability to plan, manage, and adhere to budgets.
• Strong client relations skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients.
• Knowledge and experience in digital advertising is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
