Job Title: 80598 - Electrical Engineer III/IV Job Location: Wilmington Massachusetts 01887 Onsite Requirements: Designing and developing mixed signal electronic designs Developing schematics in standard design tools Analyzing circuit designs Job Description: The Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new analog designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be familiar with using OrCAD Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers. Responsibilities: Designing and developing mixed signal electronic designs Developing schematics in standard design tools Analyzing circuit designs Working in a collaborative and cross-functional discipline environment Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Mixed Signal electronics design Bachelor of Science Power Supply design experience Experience with designing High density printed circuit boards. Knowledgeable with Allegro CIS Schematic Capture and PSPICE Performed simulation & analysis of various circuits under worst case situations (i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis) Familiarity with parts derating guidelines and uses Capable of basic modification of component models. Capable of developing simulations with LTSPICE Familiarity with various lab instrumentation, testing, and debugging Familiarity supporting PCB and PWA layout Familiarity with digital design and standard data buses This client is a US Federal Government contractor and is legally required to hire US Citizens.
