Scientist I (Downstream Process Development)

Our Client, a Biopharma and Healthcare Solutions Company, is looking for Scientist I (Downstream Process Development) for their San Carlos, CA location Responsibilities:The successful candidate will provide downstream process development and material generation support within the company’s Process Development team. Development, optimize, and scale-up purification processes for biologics candidates to support early-stage development Analyze and interpret data to drive technical understanding, meet project targets and objectives, problem solve, and make recommendations that drive efficiency, knowledge, and manage risk Collaborate closely with other functional areas involved in antibody therapeutics development, including upstream process development, analytical development, project management, and cross-functional partners Work effectively with external collaborators and CROs Coordinate activities with functional groups and project teams Discuss experiments and data to project team members Develop, write, and review standard operating protocols and other technical documents May act as a lead for assigned projects or team RequirementsThe Process Development team is seeking a talented, highly motivated Scientist I to work on the purification of therapeutic antibody drug candidates from human and mouse immune repertoires.
