We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
  • Verify and review data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Generate reports as required by management.
  • Assist in organising and filing data and documents.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support data needs.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
