We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Assist in organising and filing data and documents.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support data needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
