Job Title: Data Entry, Loan Document Support

Location: Baltimore, MD, 21230 (Hybrid role)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Range is $18 to $20/hr. on W2

Role:

• The role is within the Global Loan Services department within the Operations division.
• This position will specifically work with Residential Loans supporting Institutional business units and performing Trade Settlement, Servicing and Reconciliation functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to multitask are essential.
• Knowledge of the financial services field specifically Residential Mortgages is preferred.
• Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once.
• Must have strong flexibility concerning the duties assigned and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently.

Duties may include:

• Executing trade settlements; master servicing and exception management in support of Trading Desk and Operational personnel; checking inbound client documents for accuracy, making outbound contact both in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Requires ability to define and prioritize project activities and follow-up on project progress; strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge, and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Word and Excel is essential, knowledge of financial services field.
