We are currently seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with sales and recruiting experience to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:As a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles within healthcare facilities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients while achieving sales and placement targets.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates to meet client demands.Sales:Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and other clients to understand their staffing needs.Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve placement targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute business development strategies.Client and Candidate Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide excellent customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.Regularly check in with placed candidates and clients to ensure long-term success.Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.Proven sales experience with a successful track record in achieving targets.Strong understanding of healthcare industry staffing needs and job requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting tools.Why Join Us?Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A positive and collaborative work environment.We look forward to hearing from you!
