KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Onboarding: • Proactively source, interview, and hire caregivers to build a high-performing talent pool. • Develop strategic partnerships with nursing assistant programs and attend/host recruitment events to expand our reach. • Execute a strong employee referral program that consistently attracts top talent. • Deliver a comprehensive and engaging orientation, setting the tone for a best-in-class employee experience.
Engagement & Retention: • Be the "Caregiver of the Caregivers"-ensuring our caregivers feel valued, supported, and connected to our mission. • Own the caregiver onboarding experience from start to finish, maintaining strong relationships that promote high retention. • Be the driving force behind innovative hiring strategies, and candidate engagement-all while connecting talented individuals in your community with rewarding careers that empower their futures.
Operational Excellence: • Manage caregiver documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. • Collaborate with HR and Operations to optimize the caregiver scheduling process, ensuring a seamless match between client needs and caregiver availability. • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process, ensuring efficiency and the highest quality of caregiver talent. Regularly assess recruitment strategies and recommend enhancements to optimize caregiver acquisition.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills; a customer-first mindset with the ability to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines. • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can exercise sound judgment under pressure. • A positive, professional attitude that inspires confidence in caregivers and clients alike.
QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 1 year of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment-healthcare recruitment preferred but not required. • At least a high school diploma or equivalent - a degree in human resources, business administration, or psychology preferred but not required.
PERFORMANCE METRICS: • Number of caregivers hired per month • Caregiver retention rate • Time to fill open caregiver positions Employee satisfaction scores specific to the onboarding experience
