As a PSR II, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet and interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner. Phlebotomy: Perform accurate and efficient blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Specimen Processing: Prepare and label blood specimens for laboratory testing. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation. Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality control procedures and safety protocols.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA). 3+ years of phlebotomy experience. 2+ years of experience in a patient service center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
