As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II, you will be the face of our company, providing compassionate care to patients.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Accurate Blood Draws: Skillfully draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
- Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict protocols.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport with patients, providing clear explanations and a positive experience.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed records and documentation.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Medical assistant or paramedic training
- Experience in a patient service center environment
- Customer service experience in the retail or service industry
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
