Large manufacturer located in Fridley, MN seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist for a ~6 month project role! The Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist role will focus on getting all fixed asset records up to date from the past 3 years. This role will work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.
Responsibilities will include:
Entering new assets purchased in the last 3 years into the software and setup depreciation schedules.
Reviewing asset valuations and performing revaluations as needed.
Removing assets that have been fully depreciated.
Documenting all processes related to fixed asset management.
Generating reports for use in preparing tax documents.
Training current Accounting staff on using the SAGE software for all aspects of fixed asset management.

Required Qualifications:
BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related discipline
3+ years of experience using SAGE 300
