Growing global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Rep. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing using SAP. You would be tracking and managing inventory and shipments and processing all the necessary paperwork. This would be supporting sample requests and MTO(make to order) product orders for a health care business line. You would collaborate with various internal teams to include logistics, sales and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment. You would also be communicating order status with the customer.

This position is located in Birmingham and does require to be onsite and would be during 8am-5pm M-F. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or order management experience within a production environment
- Familiarity with processing invoices, order entry, delivery notes and shipping documents
- Experience with SAP
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
